Terms and conditions for 2010

The Golfpass consists of an e-voucher, purchased through www.firstinfifegolf.com, for either 3 rounds or 5 rounds on courses in the Golfpass group.

Each player must have his or her own e-voucher, which is non-transferable. Players may not share vouchers, so, for example, a group of 8 golfers must have purchased 8 separate 3 round or 5 round passes.  It is recommended that groups or players chose one account holder to make all the purchases and bookings.

Tee times must be booked online through the e-voucher purchaser’s account on www.firstinfifegolf.com. Tee time bookings cannot be made by phone or other direct contact with courses.

The Golfpass costs £63 for 3 rounds or £99 for 5 rounds. All play is subject to availability and there are some supplements (payable to the course at the time of play - except in the case of Balbirnie Park, where it is payable on booking) and limitations on weekend play, as shown below.

The Golfpass is valid for use any time between 1 April and 31 October 2010 inclusive, and can be used on one visit, or several visits, to Fife during that period.

No refunds will be offered for unused vouchers, users are advised to make their own travel  insurance arrangements if they wish to be protected against loss caused by any cancellation.

All bookings are at the clubs’ discretion, and are subject to:

  • availability;
  • each course’s normal requirements for play by visitors;
  • clubs accepting no responsibility for any loss or injury incurred by users of the Golfpass; users are advised to make their own insurance arrangements in this regard.
